I was there several times – it’s often closed but as it’s written “knock, and it shall be opened unto you”. Chateau Minuty has opened its doors for us. After tasting, we were given the map and went sightseeing. The service is very nice and extremely discreet. We have tried the wines and what have remained in our memories is elegant wine boxes – even for individual bottles in which your wine will be wrapped for you.
If you will be visiting the place in summer, it will be certainly staying under the Provence’s sun. There is no much shade over here. If you are looking for it, you can find it by walking on a shady, very romantic path, at the end of which you will find the chapel. You’re going to find not only the chapel itself… but suprisingly a bench as well.
So with a little bit of luck you will sit alone in the shade and silence, overlooking the stunning nature of the vineyard. I recommend Chateau Minutes for those traveling through, but also for unrestrained moments of rest upon out of the season visits.

Kochani! To już kwiecień i nadal czas coronavirusa, który spowodował nowe warunki naszego życia. Na chwilę obecną większość z nas żyje w uwięzieniu. Wróg jest jednak niewidzialny, a my jesteśmy silni. Przystosowaliśmy się. Działamy, czekamy i organizujemy się. Tylko myśl nieznośna kołacząca w głowie, iż dinozaury też się przystosowały i…wyginęły. Niech to będzie kilka minut w Chateau Minuty. Gdzie jesteśmy? W departamencie Var, na półwyspie Saint-Tropez w prowansalsko-nadmorskiej wiosce Gassin. Byłam tutaj kilka razy – często zamknięte ale “kto puka temu otworzą”. Chateau Minuty otworzyło i dla nas swoje podwoje. Po degustacji otrzymaliśmy mapkę i ruszyliśmy na zwiedzanie. Obsługa jest bardzo sympatyczna, nad wyraz dyskretna, aż za bardzo bo o mapkę musieliśmy dopytywać sami. Wnętrze nie zrobiło na mnie większego wrażenia ale widać, że się starano; za to można się przejść na zewnątrz i jest bardzo sympatycznie, a to też się liczy. Spróbowaliśmy win i to co pozostało w pamięci to eleganckie pudelka nawet na pojedyncze butelki na prezent w które opakują Wam Wasze wino. Dziękujemy, podobało się. Jeśli będziecie tutaj latem to będzie pod słońcem Prowansji. Jest tu mało cienia. Jeśli go szukacie to ocienioną , bardzo romantyczną dróżką dotrzecie do kapliczki. Jest tu nie tylko kapliczka ale i ławeczka więc przy odrobinie szczęścia posiedzicie samotnie w cieniu i ciszy z widokiem na zachwycającą przyrodę winnicy. Chateau Minuty polecam obowiązkowo dla tych co przejazdem ale także na niczym nieskrepowaną chwilę wypoczynku po sezonie.
